Business Trip in Traveloka - Indonesia

In 06 July, i started to join Traveloka in Vietnam. It was excited to me to join a big OTA in Vietnam. I worked 2 days in Vietnam office and then joined onboarding 2 weeks in Indonesia - head quater of Traveloka. I have had an Indonesian friend when she worked together with me in Vietnam 2 years ago in my previous company.

I feel so lucky when i have a friend in Indonesia. It is quite an interesting experiences and after the trips i feel love my country more than ever before. Below is some my feelings:

1. It's not clear about the economy, but Vietnam is definitely much more beautiful than ahihi and richer in food, fruits, ...

2. On this side, most people use cars and lots of cars, they just know that the price of cars is much cheaper than VN. However, the roads were full of dust and dreadful traffic jams - out of the city for 3 hours the road was still stuck, everywhere it was. In general, traffic congestion calls in Vietnam always: v

3. The shops and shops are both in the mall or around the mall, there are not many pretty small shops like me. There was no feeling of walking and enjoying the slightly bored atmosphere.

4. Convenience stores are hard to find Family mart or Circle K or Korean shovels, Japanese as their side but instead of the system of domestic Indo only.

5. The airport is quite big and present, however, the advertising is quite favorable for domestic products of Indo, not foreign ones like ours.

6. Although the environment and food are not as good as my Vietnamese, the people here are quite enthusiastic, professional and many people know English including Grab bike, but not as friendly and cute as Vietnamese.

7. Indo girls are beautiful in terms of lines: high nose and deep eyes, smooth skin while guys look quite old haha
We had a trip from Jakarta to Bangdung. It was funny but it was quite trouble if you guys did not have a car.

Tobe continued...
