Today is 09 April 2020,

Diary

This is the difficult time for all people in the world that happened due to corona virus. Now i have been in Ho Chi Minh city and worked for travel company till now. Many people lost jobs and specially in travel industry during this time. Our company has laid off more than 100 people and luckily for me, this has not yet come but when it is coming i also don't know.
We have to work from home to keep safe following government policy - the data about corona cases updated in Vietnam and world below:

 

We started to work from home since 3 weeks ago but now we have to wait 1 week or maybe 3 weeks more to know what happened in the future with that virus.

My working scope has been to pause all activities during this time, so i moved to support customer care. Beside this job, i started to study Japanese, too.

Everyday i do my hygiene activities as usual such as: yoga, eating, going supermarket,..

Suddenly, i got allergic in 07 April after i ate fish soup cooked by myself. I really did not know the reason while i got this issue, maybe the weather so hot or due to that fish soup. I had experience in terms of this issues sometimes before. I just remembered that i drunk allergic medicine which had yellow color and i recovered but i did not remember that how long did it take to recover me again and any another methods i used to overcome that time.

 I started to try many ways to reduce my troubles ( included ichy and hot, super hot body) such as: buy medicines from store, drink more water, use aloe,.. but just help a little. I could not sleep well 2 nights due to those issues. 

Today i research more about that on internet with my boyfriends and we found st new such as: shower more or drink more and more water, eat tofu, sweet potato or more vegetables,..

Now 3 p.m, i dont know anything i did which can help my issues or not. It is time to rain yeah yeah. Black clouds are coming,..i feel my body cooler...

I will finish to drink medicine following store then wait. That is all actions i can do during this time. I hope next time i can read this writing, then apply in the future.
